How can I order the sensoryREADY?
You can contact us by completing the Request a quote form on this page. You can also contact one of our distributors through our Contact Us page. Depending on demand, we ship sensoryREADY in waves every quarter or two.
How much does it cost?
You can get the Star Package for $5,300 US and the Galaxies Package for $7,500 US. Both packages include a one-year licence, which can be renewed for $350 US.
Is a subscription required for the system?
Yes. The annual regular licence is $350 US, and the extended licence is $650 US. After the licence expires, you will be unable to use the system. If you are unable to renew your licence for some reason, you may send us a request to activate limited functionality and basic content package.
What age group is sensorREADY appropriate for?
The system is designed for children between 5 – 12 years old. Older children and adults can also benefit and enjoy the sensoryREADY. We do not recommend to use it with children less than 3 years old.
How many children can use the sensoryREADY at once?
This is determined by the size of the room and the adult’s level of expertise. It is suitable for both individual and group activities and exercises. The sensoryREADY can be used in a classroom of 20 students. And a therapist with one or five children can do it.
Is the child able to use the sensoryREADY on his own?
Yes, but it is not recommended. When there is an active sensory session, it is recommended that an adult be present to guide the experience. The system is user-friendly designed and follow years of R&D and testing. It only takes a few minutes to become acquainted with all of the functionalities and options through an innovative user-friendly interface.
Can I install the sensoryREADY on my own?
You certainly can. If you have the necessary setup in your room or space, sensoryREADY is simple to install. A projector, external speakers, and comfortable seating would be included in an idle setup. A classroom or therapy room installation is not the same as a living room one. Consider projector mounting and making sure no wires are exposed in a classroom. If you are within our support region, our team can either guide you through the steps, or you can order installation service.
Do I need to have a TV and Speakers?
sensoryREADY uses HDMI to connect to a TV or projector. External or 5.1 speakers are recommended for a more immersive experience. You can use your existing one, purchase one from the market, or purchase it as part of the Galaxy bundle.
Does sensoryREADY require internet?
Yes, it requires internet. To receive the most recent update and access online content, SensoryREADY requires an internet connection. For users who are remote or disconnected, we provide an offline version.
How regular is the system updated?
sensoryREADY receives new content twice a year, at the start of each school semester. As part of the annual support service, we also push out regular code updates and improvements.
Can I customize the content of the sensoryREADY?
Yes, you can. You will get access to an online user portal, where you can see all the content on the system, and change your subscription and content bundles.
